Deresa was born into the world of hospitality. Her mother was also a master housekeeper and from her Deresa learned the fine art of hospitality quality cleaning.

Having since joining the company in 2004, she has managed all aspects of housekeeping and other operation administration for the Leavenworth office. She and her crew of three take great care with the many homes they oversee.

As an expert, Deresa is often call upon to training housekeeping crews in other markets and to set standards for performance and quality control. Her ever pleasant demeanor believes a strong competitor who insures that property owners and guests are happy with their lodging.
